I may just have heard it all!!

Today I received a complaint letter via linked advising me that that my staff were rude when this solicitor called to try and sell us something we did not need.  I do not agree with being rude but sometimes there is only one option with the more determined solicitors and that is say no politely then hang up.    Now I could hang this lead generation company out to dry and print the entire message with their name but I am not that vindictive.  Why do solicitors think any business has time to talk to them. We are very busy people and do not accept calls from solicitors.

So have I finally heard it all.  A written complaint from a solicitor that we would not speak to him and hung up.  Very risky strategy for a solicitor I would say.  When you get rejected suck it up and move on maybe the next company has time to take unsolicited calls.  Taking up more of my time as a busy CEO is not a good idea no matter what this company is offering I would blacklist them because of their disrespect for my time and the time of my employees.  Again I am not suggesting anybody should ever be rude that is not okay but if refusing to take a call from a solicitor and hanging up because they wont go away is rude then so be it.
